Meaning when there is technical problem that you require immediate attention, there is no choice but to give them a phone call to hosting zoom technical department. To add new addon domain, go to addon domain section, enter in folder name, login and password for this new domain. Your domain dns need to be pointed to hosting zoom for this to work. If you are changing domain nameserver now, please allow domain propagation to complete, before you proceed with adding domain name to hosting zoom cpanel.

Hosting zoom uptime for this september 2008 seem to be very low, at only 99.5% over the internet. There might be some problem with this hosting zoom server. There were 16 downtime detected, and with more than 200 minutes of service downtime in total. That is quit many service downtime for one month.
