Hosting zoom support option is very narrow, and only offering presales live chat support, phone support and email ticket support. Meaning when there is technical problem that you require immediate attention, there is no choice but to give them a phone call to hosting zoom technical department. Or to the billing department if you require assistant regarding account and billing issue.
For problem that can wait or not in top priority, you can select the hosting zoom email ticket. I used this email ticket system before, and the hosting zoom support team is very hard to reach, especially over the weekend. Not sure you will be having better luck than me.
